The exhibit area encompasses a big portion of the mall's ground-floor walkway and is divided into several enclosures (grouped by a cluster of genres), each with its own personnel and cashiers. The books are assigned codes and there are clearly visible boards with the pricing key in local currency. I'm guessing that this is an efficient way for them to show the prices and they do not have to replace the price tags when they move into another country.
